Describe a team project you did for study or entertainment

What was it? How did you do it? Who did it with you? Why did you choose that project?

Team Project

Example Answer:

In the class, "Introduction to Psychology," we had a team project where we were tasked with designing and executing an experiment.

The experiment was about how people react in different situations when they were given feedback.

We had three groups of four people each, and each group designed their experiment.

Our group found that participants who received negative feedback were more likely to take risks than those who got positive feedback or no feedback at all!

How did you do it?

We used a computer and software to create the experiment. We had a variety of choices for our participants, including two different games with varying levels of difficulty that could be played simultaneously by four players at once.

The first game was called "Bombing Run," where you would control an aircraft to hit as many targets on screen without being shot down before time ran out!

The second game we made available was titled "Lockdown." In this simulation, there were three floors connected by elevators which all needed to be cleared within 90 seconds.

To do so, each player controlled one person who moved independently around the floor they were assigned and passed through rooms looking for bad guys or hostages in need of rescuing while shooting guns found along the way.

Who did this team project with you?

I did the experiment with my classmates, Ben and Adrianna.

We chose to do the experiment because it was a team project that required all of us to work together on different aspects for it to be successful.

It was not easy but I think we made some pretty good games! The challenge with this particular group activity was teamwork. Cooperation often ran thin as people wanted their ideas heard or felt excluded when they weren't given specific roles specifically assigned by each player.

It would have been much easier if everyone had listened more and tried working together instead of trying individually at times.

One way we overcame these obstacles was through communication - like listening when someone else was suggesting an idea or a solution to a problem.

Why did you choose that project?

We chose this project for the group work aspect and to try something new together. We thought that if we could get through this together, we would be able to handle any other challenges that may come up in school or life.

The experience was very useful and the feedback we got helped to improve our teamwork skills.

I think it was a good idea to do this project together because now we know that if one person has an idea, they should be empowered to share it with the group instead of trying to figure out what went wrong on their own and coming up with ideas by themselves.

Many projects are very intellectual in nature or require us all to work together as a team from start to finish. This is why I enjoy being around people who have ambition for growth and want challenges thrown at them because not everyone thinks like me.

It's refreshing when someone wants something more than what life throws at them every day.

Working towards achieving goals is also a big thing for me, so teamwork is essential because I want to see people work hard towards achieving better results than they would have had without the teamwork aspect of it.
