What kinds of monuments do tourists in your country enjoy visiting?

Tourists in my country love to visit ancient monuments. The most popular one is the Taj Mahal in Agra, which is known for its breathtaking beauty and immense size.

Other famous monuments include the Red Fort in Delhi, the Gate of India in Mumbai, the Qutb Minar Complex in Delhi, and Humayun's Tomb in Nizamuddin.

All these sites are great examples of our rich culture and heritage. They attract large numbers of tourists from around the world every year because of their architectural beauty and the stories behind them.

What do you think is the most important aspect of public monuments?

I believe that the most important aspect of public monuments is that they help to commemorate our shared history.

They remind us of all the great people who have made an impact on our lives and cultures, such as leaders, inventors, scientists, and more.

Public monuments also provide a sense of unity in society by allowing citizens to come together in honor of an event or person.

What do monuments represent to you?

Monuments represent many things for me, but mainly the power of collective memory and appreciation. Seeing these sculptures standing tall is a reminder that we have been here before and can continue to strive to make a real difference in the world.

They also motivate us to reach higher and dream bigger, allowing us to aim high and make a difference in our communities.

So I believe that monuments represent our humanity: our hardships, triumphs, and all that lies between.

Do you agree that old monuments and buildings should always be preserved?

Absolutely! Not only do monuments serve as a reminder of our past, but they also demonstrate how far we have come.

Preserving old monuments and buildings also ensures that future generations can learn from history and appreciate the significance of these structures.

It’s important to remember that even if something seems insignificant today, it may be invaluable in years to come.

Conserving our heritage is essential in creating a vibrant and meaningful connection between the past and present.

What's more, monuments are part of our cultural identity, and we need to protect them if we want to keep that identity alive.

So yes, I definitely believe that old monuments should be preserved! We owe it to ourselves and the generations that will come after us. It's one of the best things we can do to ensure our shared history lives on.
