  • How do you believe your future plans align with your current interests or hobbies?
  • Do you think it's important to have a detailed plan for the future or to be more flexible with how life unfolds? Why?
  • How often do you revise or update your future plans based on new experiences or changes in your life?


Part 2 Professional Goal (Cue Card)

Describe a professional goal that you have set for yourself, and explain how you plan to achieve it.

You should say:
- What the goal is
- Why you have chosen this goal
- The steps you plan to take to achieve it
And explain how you think achieving this goal will affect your life positively.


Part 3

Topic: Professional Goals

  • What qualities or skills do you believe are essential for achieving professional goals in today's job market?
  • How do you think an individual's professional goals can impact their overall personal development and growth?
  • Do you think constant professional development is necessary for someone to remain successful in their field? Why or why not?

Topic: Self-Development & Future Plans

  • In what ways can focusing on self-development help an individual to reach their future goals?
  • How do you believe personal growth contributes to one's overall satisfaction and well-being in life?
  • Can you give an example of a time when you made a change or decision based on self-development that positively impacted your future plans?
